Oak Tree Systems, Inc., as operators of FestiveWare.net, has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. Your privacy on the FestiveWare.net web site (the "Site") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement after posting a notice of the change on the Site for at least thirty (30) business days.

We use the information that we collect to set up Services for you and your organization. We may also use the information to contact you to further discuss your interest in our company and the services that we provide and to send you information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the FestiveWare.net Terms of Use, we do not disclose to any third party the information that you provide. All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective users and to bill for Services. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Of course, you and your employer, if applicable, are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your user registration and password.

FestiveWare.net uses a persistent cookie to help determine interest in our products.  No user information is stored in this cookie.  FestiveWare.net issues a session cookie only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie does not include either the username or password of the user.

The FestiveWare.net site may contain links to other web sites. Oak Tree Systems, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Users and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others web sites to understand their policies. Users who respond on a linked site may be sharing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.

FestiveWare.net offers its visitors and users a means to choose how we may use their contact information. Correcting & Updating Your Information
If you would like to update or change your registration information you can do so by editing your user or organization record. To do so, please send an e-mail with your request to support@oaktree-systems.com. If you would like to change or modify any information pertaining to the organization that you have registered, you can make those changes directly by signing onto www.FestiveWare.net or by sending an e-mail to support@oaktree-systems.com.
