FestiveWare is a web based solution.
This means that you login and use the system like you would Yahoo mail or
MSN Hotmail. The benefit is that you can login from
anywhere in the world at any time
and access your Festival Planning Information. This also means that
if needed, your volunteers and staff can also log in and see the status of
crucial action items, communicate in a common forum and leave messages for
one another on a virtual "bulletin board".
Because it is web based, there is no
complicated software to install or maintain. Your data is stored
in our secure facility and backed up regularly. Our experts maintain
the system so you don't need to be a database expert or even hire one.

Instead of purchasing an expensive system, you simply subscribe to
FestiveWare on a monthly, per user basis. Try it with one user for

pay for all the fun! With the tools in the Sponsorship Manager,
you'll be able to create proposals, deliver on promises and generate

dozens of staff, volunteers and other helpers pitching in to work on an
event, it's easy to have communication issues. This tool was designed to
keep your team on the same page by creating a common forum for discussion
